The Well Day Spa Prices & Packages:

Prices & Packages are subject to change without notice. Please confirm the price listed on our website or our latest brochure when making a booking.
  
Purchase of Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions:
  1. Gift Certificate is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
  2. Gift Certificate can be transferable.
  3. Gift Certificate is valid for 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  4. Expired Gift Certificate will not be honoured unless a request for extension is made prior to the expiration of date.
  5. Recipient of Gift Certificate should also make sure that the gift certificate is kept in a safe place and treated like cash.

  6. Recipient of Gift Certificate must confirm the latest price of any treatment or spa package when making a booking.
      (Prices can change at anytime without notice)
  7. Purchasers of Gift Certificates should be aware that the timing of an appointment to redeem the Gift Certificate is subject to availability.
  8. Gift Certificate can only be redeemed during business hours from Tuesday to Friday and it is advised to book early to arrange the best time.
  9. Recipient of the Gift Certificate can change the treatment as long as the total value is the same. They can pay for additional treatment Gift Certificate must be use on one appointment only - treatments cannot be split-up.
  10. Gift Certificate recipient must present their Gift Certificate at the reception on arrival.
  11. No re-issue for lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen vouchers.

  12. Recipient of Gift Certificate who have made a confirmed booking for treatment and did not show-up is considered redeemed.
  13. Terms and conditions are stipulated on the Gift Certificate. Our practices comply with the ACT Fair Trading regulations and the requirements of ACCC. 

Booking Payment and Cancellation Policy:
  • A deposit of $100 is required when making your booking for any Treatment or Spa Package to secure your appointment. 
  • We accept Visa or Mastercard payment by phone or Eftpos payments in person. 
  • Deposit will be fully refunded if cancellation is made prior to 48 hours notice. 
  
The Well Day Spa Booking Policy:
  • When making a booking for any of our services and spa packages, please confirm the price listed on our website or our latest brochure.
  • Bookings should be made in advance to ensure the availability of treatments. 
  • Arriving late to an appointment will simply limit your treatment so we urge you to be on time so that the next client will not be delayed. 
  • Appointment cancellations of less than 24 hours will forfeit their deposit. 
  • No-shows will be charged full price. 

Disclosure of Information:
  • You will be asked to fill in a Client Information Form . This will allow our therapists to tailor the right treatment for you. 
  • For your safety and comfort, please advise if you are pregnant, breast feeding, heart conditions, have high or low blood pressure, have recurring injuries, have allergies or have recently undergone surgery of any kind as some of our treatments are not suitable for some conditions. 

Behaviour:
  • We request all clients to observe silence in the treatment areas. 
  • Intoxicated, loud and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and such individuals will be ask to leave the premises. 

Age Limit:
People under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the spa unless accompanied by an adult. 

Mobile Phones:
For the comfort of other clients and staff we request that the mobile phone must be switched off before entering the treatment rooms.
